Hi, I'm Sarah Valentine
With 30 years in the industry, I've worked in multiple roles across hundreds of productions. I started my career in London at 18 as a runner, progressing through Second AD, First AD, and Production Manager roles.
After moving to New Zealand, I became a Casting Director and Talent Agent, and founded Background Talent (BGT NZ)—the number one talent agency supplying talent for Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, Mission Impossible, Power Rangers and many more blockbusters.
As an actress, my credits include Top of the Lake and other major productions. I've recently moved to the UK and am seeking representation. I hold British and New Zealand passports and am available to work around the world.
